RED VELVET

As the costume designer for Red Velvet, I also designed the Hair and Make-Up for all the characters. As Red Velvet is set in the 1830s and 1860s, I wanted to make sure alongside these period-accurate costumes, that the hairstyles for both the men and women also matched.

On this production, I was also brought in to do hair and makeup. The biggest challenge was making sure across a 3-day long shoot, we created 2 years' worth of hairstyles as the film follows a couple's journey over a two year period.
